Not just for keeping fit
Why should I tire my body and my mind doing exercise at the gym? Why should I throw away lots of money on an indoor sport? These are common questions that people ask to avoid doing this kind of sport. They think it is not a real sport, but simply a workout which helps you to stay fit.
The first time I went to a gym, when I was 16 years old, I was really excited about taking it up, and day after day I wanted to improve my workout technique. So far it’s been that way.
Thanks to this sport I’ve been able to keep fit, to relax when I’m nervous or worried about something, and I can meet new people everyday! I need to do exercise, I wouldn’t be able to feel really good without it.
If you believe this could be the right sport for you, just follow this advice: be constant, do exercise at least 3 times a week and don’t try too hard at the beginning! I will be happy to know that my opinion has been useful for someone else!
