Differences Between Thailand And Turkey
Weather
In Thailand, there are 3 seasons consisting of summer, winter and rainy. Summer is between February and May, rainy from May till October and Winter begins in October to February. Average weather is hot and wet.
In Turkey, there are 4 seasons. These are summer, spring, autumn and winter. In summer, the general temperature is about 35 Celsius degrees, and this season is between June and August. Autumn is generally rainy and windy. Winter is cold, snowy and rainy. Spring is sunny and the temperature is about 25 degrees Celsius.

Transportation
In Thailand, the most popular transportation is a private car because public transport is uncomfortable. The “Tuk Tuk” is a public transport that foreigners like to take. It is a symbol of Thailand.
In Turkey, there are lots of transportation vehicles. For instance buses, metrobuses, minibuses, trams, subways, ferries, steamboats, trains etc. Especially in Istanbul most people prefer Metrobuses. They have their own lanes in highway so they provide the speediest transportation between the two sides (European and Anatolian) of Istanbul. Besides all of these, lots of people have private cars too.

In Thailand, the greeting is the most different from other countries in the world. When they greet each other, we say “Sawasdee” and saluting by raising hands press together on the chest and bow the head.
In Turkey, people are hospitable and hearty. When they greeting each other, they give one kiss of both cheeks and then they hug each other. Turkey is historical country. There are lots of places to see like Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Peri Bacaları (Fairy Chimneys), Ephesus, Grand Bazaar etc.

In Thailand, The main food is rice. Everyone has eaten it since they were born. But we can’t eat rice alone so we have something to go with it. Thai food is known for its balance of fundamental taste senses in each dish or the meal overall: sour, sweet, salty and bitter. Most of them are hot and spicy and that why Thai food is famous.
Turkey has 7 regions and all regions have different cuisines. Briefly, in the northern part of Turkey, using fish is common. The Kebab is special to the east part of Turkey. The Mediterranean part uses olive oil and vegetables.
